Synopsis

Scaredy Squirrel has a holiday to-do list, and he’s checked it way more than twice.

In this third NUTTY ADVENTURE, Scaredy is getting ready for Christmas ahead of time…WAY ahead of time (June). Yup, nothing can possibly go wrong…until friends Rash and Tim break the decorations! But Scaredy is filled with the spirit of the holiday and happy to help his friends finish their Christmas shopping. (Unless they’re shopping for Gary the germ?!) Scaredy Squirrel Gets Festive is a fun and festive graphic novel that follows the adventures of Scaredy, a timid squirrel who loves to plan ahead and avoid surprises. In this volume, Scaredy starts preparing for Christmas in July, making a list of things he needs to do and check more than twice. He wants to have the perfect holiday season, but his friends Tim, Rash, and Ivy have other ideas.
They want to help Scaredy with a lot of the Christmas festivities but it leads to chaos instead for poor Scaredy Squirrel. I can relate to Scaredy Squirrel as I do like to keep my festivities organized.

The illustrations are colorful and expressive, capturing the emotions and personalities of the characters. The text is simple and clear, with short chapters that keep the reader engaged. A must read this holiday season!
