#MelAndNikkiReview
Roxy The Unisaurus Rex Presents: Oh No! The Talent Show is an adorable children’s book that shows us the beauty of friendship.
The larger than life character, Roxy truly makes this book extremely enjoyable to read. We love her energetic personality and her love for her friends. She is encouraging, supportive and someone you would want by your side.
Using the talent show as a setting in the story was perfect as it shows children that talent can be really anything. It is very important for children to know that talent varies for everyone and everyone is special in their own way.
For this #MelAndNikkiReview, we give this book 5 shining stars out of 5! This book became a favorite and quickly. The combination of unicorn and dinosaur is unique and we love that! The illustrations are bright, vibrant and truly brings Roxy’s shining personality through. We highly recommend this book to all children.
Roxy is my favorite because she is a great friend. It is important to be kind to your friends always. – Nikki, Age 7

About the Author and Illustrator

She is also the New York Times – bestselling author of Juno Valentine and the Magical Shoes; A Is for Awesome!; Juno Valentine and the Fantastic Fashion Adventure; 3, 2, 1 Awesome!; and Roxy the Last Unisaurus Rex.
Matthew Rivera earned his bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Arizona.
