“Raindrops to Rainbow is an uplifting children’s story that will let you see that the world is full of colors. A great reminder that at the end of every storm, there is a rainbow. A must read!” – Momma Braga
Synopsis
Raindrops are falling outside, but there’s still a world of color to experience! Delightful rhymes and brilliant illustrations detail how a gloomy, rainy day might not actually be so gloomy after all when you get to spend time with Mom, Brown Bear, and the colors around you. And when a “beaming rainbow, bold and bright” cuts through the sky, everyone gets to experience the joy of all the colors that can only come after the rain.
#MelAndNikkiReview
Raindrops to Rainbow will brighten reading time with an inspiring tale how the world is full of color and even after a storm, a rainbow does appear.
The illustrations are bright, vibrant and they bring life to the story. The inspiring message throughout the book is just as captivating to young readers. We loved the use of each color used to describe how the main character was feeling or something that she was using to bring out her feelings. Such as how she missed the YELLOW summer sun. I think we all feel like we are missing the sun these days. It was just beautifully written with the positive impact that you wish for every young reader to read.
“Raindrops may be falling outside, but there’s still a bright, beautiful world of color to experience!”
For this #MelAndNikkiReview, we give it 10 rainbows out of 5 and it will be listed as a Momma Braga most recommended! We truly loved this book and Nikki loved reading it all by herself too. Having each color within the book written in it’s color really helps a child learn to red each color.
“I love rainbows and I know that there would be no rainbows without rain.” – Nikki, Age 6
