#MelAndNikkiReview

Small Knight And The Anxiety Monster is a heartfelt story on understanding your anxiety and finding the courage to face it. It was a masterpiece in our humble opinion.

I have always wondered the best way to explain anxiety to my child who is seven years of age and could never find the right words to explain it. This book helped me open up the conversation and provided me with a way to best describe it in a way that she would understand.

For this #MelAndNikkiReview, we give this book 5+++ stars out of 5! The illustrations and story were the perfect combination to bring up a topic that many may defer from addressing. It is such an important one with a great message of finding the courage to face it. As someone who has anxiety for a few years now, this book was brilliantly written.

We all have a small knight within us all and we can all have the courage to face our own anxiety. It does not mean it goes away forever. You can be aware of it and keep an eye on it like Small Knight did. This way it does not grow into a big Monster.  We highly recommend this book and if you would like to purchase a copy, click here.
